I have found some really good prices at http://www.rc-expert.com in Hong Kong. 

Both of my existing 450s were ordered from them. Better to get the kit, don't go for assembled/ready-to-fly.  Assembling is best done yourself, or if you are a complete newbie, get it done at one of the local hobby shops (as a wrongly assembled machine will certainly end up crashing later on).

The only minor problem I had with them is the wait time.  They take up to 10 days to process the order and ship it out, then another week or so for it to arrive in Qatar. 

Having said this, I also found out that the local hobby shops have also come down on prices recently, and a little bit of negotiation can fetch you pretty much the same prices locally also.
