You should be able to get 10% nitro (or 15% for sure) at either HobbyLand or ProHobbies. Please try HobbyLand first... recommendation just based on more chance of finding the fuel you are looking, no other reason
May not be exactly 10%/20% mix of nitro to oil, but it will be close.
